The plan expires 1 year from the date you signed up. Any cleanings, exams, or X-rays not used also expire and do not roll over. The plan entitles you to a discount on dental treatment ranging from 10%–50%. This is not an insurance plan. The plan does not transfer and there is no refund for any unused benefits. Our In-House Plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, traditional dental plan, or dental insurance. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts are based on the usual fee for the zip code.
