Dr. Shahrokh, the Office Manager, and dental hygienists are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and they take the time to explain everything clearly - which is HUGE for me! :)A little background on me - I’ve been dealing with challenging dental issues lately (cracked teeth due to grinding, an extraction, crowns, and an implant), and they’ve gone above and beyond to help get it resolved in a timely AND affordable way. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and reassuring.I truly trust this team and rely on them for all of my dental needs and any future issues. Bonus: definitely check out their TikToks — it’s hilarious and always makes me laugh! 🤣It really reflects how friendly and fun the office is! 10 out of 10!! Thanks All Smiles!

I came to Dr.Shahrokh with a second opinion on a dental problem I had been having. His diagnosis and treatment plan is both reasonable and efficient. He explains everything with visuals (pictures). Coming in, I was expecting to be recommended for two crowns. However, he advised just one, with a redo of a filling for the other. With a previous dentist, I had been recommended to remove my wisdom tooth, but Dr.Shahrokh had the foresight to advise to keep it for the need of a potential bridge.Through pictures, foresight and explanation, Dr.Shahrokh has builds trust quickly. I highly recommend him and this office!

After having a tremendous wisdom tooth ache, I called a few dentist offices in the San Diego Carlsbad area.Finally at the All Smiles in Encinitas returned my call and scheduled me as to when I could arrive.I responded to their forms and went in and explained my situation .The front office was very attentive and helpful and then the Dentist Dr Ali Shahrokh attended me. After he saw the X-rays his assistant had taken, he spoke to me in an understandable way.He redirected me to the dentist at home and the explanation was so clear and what I needed to do and say.The main thing was he explained and did not diminish the work the other dentists had done, just told what to say to them when I make my new appointment at home. I live in Rancho Penasquitos San Diego and don’t mind driving all the way to Encinitas where “All Smiles Dental Studio” is located because I love this clinic.I have implants , teeth whitening and regular cleaning done here. Exceptional service , warmth staff and affordable rates.
